After installing the skin and making a few appearance settings, the weather menu item disappeared from the main menu. I tried resetting the main menu shortcuts and even fiddled with menu modification options. Suggestions please.

It's fixed.
Found this down lower:
For menu items you can configure the whole menu in Skin Settings > Home > Customize home menu -- click choose shortcut > Common and weather is in there.
