Ok, so I figured out how to create a playlist, but I'm not sure how to go about making my url iptv compliant. I've googled and what I keep coming across are sites that show me how to download a stream, but I don't want to download, just view it.

I just want to create a list of news sites that I can browse. If anyone can help me on where to begin, that would be awesome! Here is the link that I'm trying to convert:
