used to have the same problem, I've uninstalled all other pvr client and now I don't have the problem anymore.

Gentlemen,
I am an end user, I recently purchased the Minix Z64a with Kodi.. My version of Kodi is 15.0 Alpha 2
When I look at my disabled list. all my PVR clients are all grayed out. I can not enable them or disable them.
Please help me enable them. i like to see the live tv if possible.
