I think you don't understand what this setting did? How do you think "Sync to Display" should work, when the clock is not the display but audio?
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

Yes, that's right. By defolt i get drop/dupe, it's the problem.
Passthrough off. I need resample audio, but get breaking of sound. All of it works fine with 14, but fails in 15, on the same devices and setups.

If this is the case, there is a bug somewhere. As fritsch said it should always resample if audio is not passthrough.

then you do not understand. passthrough audio runs at wall clock speed, allways. you can't have it run faster or slower.

Then this is clearly a bug. the video clock should run at 50 ticks (vsync), input source should be "doubled" and audio should be speed up (resampled).
