Strange problem scraping tv episodes

Some times when i scrape the episode the name comes in a strange format in the name there is coming S02E14E14 and the name comes twice
If i then manualy change the name to one nr S02E14 and remove the double name then i see the episode twice i then emty the database then renew the series the number goes to S00E01 then i rescrape afther setting manualy the episode nr the episode is scrape correctly

Only again empty the database to remove the double natation ink

It come every 20 or 30 episodes or sometimes on a complete season but it is random i think

I've changed the tv show regex system to the same like in Kodi for next release. I hope all this problems are gone with this system.
