Win HOW TO - Configure Kodi DSPlayer with LAV Filters, XySubFilter & madVR
https://imgur.com/a/YwTay3z
so I'm using dsplayer's internal LAV filters? Does OSD say this?

Yes, you are using internal filters. You would have to follow the instructions under "DSPlayer Starter Kit" to use external filters: https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid...pid1966557

Thank you for the HOWTO. I have followed your guide but I must have done something wrong as I am getting audio sync issues when it switches to 23.976.

I am using XySubfilter for subtitles, is there a way to control subtitle shadows?

Already answered at AVSForums. Probably not.

Hi!

I can't manage to play any youtube clips (with the YouTube add-on) with DSPlayer and madvr (nor with MPC-HC as an external player)? Are there specific settings to use?
With the internal videoplayer it works fine...

Thanks in advance

It works for me if you disable InputStream Adaptive. You also should be using internal filters or the external filter pack provided in this guide.

Hello,

I got problem with my dedicated htpc with Kodi, Dsplayer and 1050 ti gpu.  Randomly when I quit HDR playback the screen turns into windowed (borderless) to top left corner. Does anyone have similar issues? Normal content won't do this only hdr.

Did you check if you have Artist Slideshow installed and check the music player settings during playback to enable the slideshow?

Also, what does this thread have to do with the Shield TV?

It is recommended to set your desktop to 3840 x 2160p and to set Kodi to use a fullscreen window. I would also experiment with using Kodi's refresh rate switching or madVR's, but not both at the same time.

Hi can someone help me im trying to configure my playercorefactory.xml file to allow me to use MadVR as a external player within Kodi v17.6 as far as my test goes it does not open any of my movie library files when enabled in DSPlayer nothing happens when click play just appears to fail?  I have all filters installed on my Windows 10 machine with KliteCodecPack can someone help me where im going wrong or what is needed to allow this ,I can confirm MadVR playback fine with MPC in windows.

Post your playercorefactory.xml. Recheck the file path to MPC in the playercorefactory to ensure it is correct.
