Why are is the hide Live TV option greyed out

I would like to add the Live TV menu to Confluence but I can't figure out how to do it. However I do see the "Hide Live TV" option is greyed out and I can't seem to change that.

Did you enable "Live-TV" in System Settings?
Philips TV with Kodi 20.2 with IPTV --- Orbsmart 500 Android 21 alpha/beta as Online-radio/TV in the kitchen
