I have an approx. 5 second delay before audio begins (video starts, audio is in sync once it begins) when using DSPlayer or MPC-HC. Is it possible to add a delay to the video portion to allow both to begin simultaneously?

Did you try another audio renderer? sanear could be an option. It is very simple. ReClock uses a large pre-buffer (which can be reduced).

Does anyone else have problems with DVDs?



DSPlayer works fine with local videos off the hard drive as well as streams... but whenever I try to play a DVD with the latest DSPlayer build, it just uses the default Kodi renderer.

ISO support is lacking. DVD discs...I don't know. You might be better off using MPC-HC.

MPC-HC hangs with this DVD... It's a retail copy of Avatar Book 3, so I don't know why :/

Works fine with PotPlayer, but PotPlayer doesn't like SVP for some reason.

Thanks again. I would suggest not updating LAV Filters again for Jarvis 16.1 final. It is better to stay with 0.68 stable rather than a nightly build, which may contain bugs.

Can any one tell me if this version of Kodi handles x265 hevc sources better than official kodi player? I have zotac zbox CI320 (cpu intel celeron N2930), and I experience video stuttering and out of sync audio, when trying to play video content 1080p coded with x265 HEVC codec. I am aware that my cpu and integrated graphic card is a little bit underpowered, but I did try with vlc player and it seems that it can play those videos ok.

Thanks for the answer I will have to test this. One more is it ok to install this version on top of my official kodi build, will my userdata (like settings for skin) stayed the same?
