Latest update should fix issues with 3D TAB videos not displaying.
If you use 3D then please test and if there are any issues then please describe carefully what isn't working.

I did report this issue on your git bugreport system.
Now the TAB videos work properly no matter which settings I use in Kodi acceleration tab. Seems to be solved Smile

Really awesome work here, biggest thanks! Smile

Thanks, I wasn't really expecting it to be possible.

Thinking about my stuttering/frame drops when playing back TV recordings, I guess it's because I have OMXplayer disabled and so it can't use the MPEG2 acceleration. I'm going to give this RPi B to someone who won't be using it as a PVR though, so it doesn't really matter and my v2's which will be used as PVRs should hopefully have enough processing power to playback the recordings without acceleration, which I can't use as it's not compatible with the HiFiBerry DAC.
Quote: build #0630: firmware: dispmanx: Early frame sequential 3d support

Vaooo !!! Thank you. I am going to start test.

EDIT:
There is no option in video settings for 3D frame sequential.
I get NO screen (pictures) when I enabled 3D (SBS).1280x720 120Hz
If you want any logs, please post how I capture it.

You won't be able to use this yet. It's just some initial firmware support for frame sequential. It will need some changes to kodi too.

Ok. Thank you for initial progress.
Kodi development has branched for the Isengard release, and master is now Kodi 16.0 alpha1 and is open for changes.

There is a new Kodi 16 test build thread here.

There will be no further Kodi 15 master builds in this thread - thanks for all your help testing Kodi 15 and hope to see you in the Kodi 16 thread! Smile

OK, many thanks for your great job.

A short question:
is there a hope to see dbc81189 in the stable release?
With #701 on my RPi B, I encountered a problem where the screen didn't undim after coming out of screensaver (which is set to Dim to 20%) and I had to reboot to fix it. It works if I test with Preview so it probably will be hard to recreate and get a debug log for, so this is just to let you know there might be an issue as I've never encountered this with previous builds.

It's been reported a few times previously, for several months now, but as it's not easily reproducible the cause has never been determined.

OK, thanks. As it only happened to me this once after I updated and didn't touch it for about a day after updating, I'll enable debugging in future before updating and try doing the same to see if I can trigger and log the bug but it's not a major deal as it's easily fixed by rebooting.

I did happen to "wake" it with my IR remote on this occasion, when normally I use my TV's CEC remote, so I wonder if it might be related to that, i.e. when the TV's remote is used it triggers a CEC signal which always undims the RPi, whereas using the separate remote doesn't trigger this signal and this results in it sometimes failing to undim?
Hi guys , im having trouble getting my original xbox remote to work with this build Sad I have followed this with no luck http://blog.slucas.fr/en/tips/raspberry-...box-dongle
