The Cooking Channel is by the same folks as the Food Network and has complimentary content. The HD stream looks to be 4-5Mbps, so some folks may need to set SD in the addon settings.

Available in the kodi.org repo.

Geo restricted in Germany, requires VPN, proxy doesn't seem to work.

The playable m3u8 url is geo-blocked, so proxy support in the addon isn't enough. It requires a proxy set in Kodi for internet access.

hi, most of the shows/episodes say they have expired on Dec 31, 2015. Is there an update needed?

Most is an exaggeration, a few is more fitting. This happens every 3-4 months and cleans itself up as the website is updated. Nothing to do with the add-on, it's the source website.

The Cooking Channel V3.0.2 is not working its not opening. The HGTV and DIY used to have the same problem but the update fixed that, not so The cooking channel.
Food network and the Travel Channel are working ok

Not working for me either on a Pi2 in Krypton. It won't launch. In fact trying to open it just locked up the Pi twice, and I had to pull the power cord to shut it off.
