Hey there, thanks for having me on the forum.
Ok.. This one has been aggravating.
I'm using a laptop running Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (client version) to host video files. It is ethernet only to my wireless router.
I access these files from:
An Ouya Console running Gotham. Ethernet connection to same router.
Another laptop running Helix on Ubuntu 14.04 (wifi)
An old Android (Midnight GBox) running Frodo (I know, I know), (ethernet)
and Win7 laptop running Helix. (wifi)
The symptom appears no matter what device I'm accessing the shared files from.
It could be 15 minutes in, it could be 45. It doesn't happen with *every* file, but it does happen most of the time. The playback quits, and I'm put back to the file name in the share directory. I can immediately resume playback from where I left off.
As you can imagine, it gets annoying. I first asked about this in the FreeNode #kodi IRC channel, and was advised to create a ticket - but I figured I'd ask about it in the forums first.
Here is a paste of the error note in the log that pertains to the most recent instance of this, about an hour ago on my OUYA console.

. So I would remove them first and check again.
