I ran Kodi 15 alpha for sometime with no problems. I haven't used it in a month or two and when I started it up I got a message suggesting I upgrade to Kodi Beta. After doing so I got a message that Kodi tv couldn't run without a PVR backend. I had it up and running with iptv simple client under 15 alpha, when I went to system/ addons I couldn't find any listing for pvr clients. After searching for sometime I downloaded and re-installed...... same issue no pvr clients listed. If I remember correctly when I went to tv settings in the past and enabled live tv if I didn't have a pvr client installed it would send me to the correct directory to add one not the time it just issued an error.

Beta 1 was packaged without pvr addons by accident. Those were restored in the current nightlies and will be part of the package in the next beta and the final releae of course.
