Hi @docwra

Glad you liked it the new Live TV Logo page... http://kodi.wiki/view/Live_TV_Artwork Smile

Thanks for the edit. I made a minor adjustment and added its own section heading, so users can see it from the Table of Contents at first glance, instead of discovering it by chance at the end of the page.

As for the issue with the Add-on, I'll start here but we can move to your thread if you like.

Yahoo seems to have a good listing of Channels and their respective Logos. https://au.tv.yahoo.com/tv-guide/ . I live in Australia. Unlike other parts of the world, our stations are national so they use the same logo across the country. There are some regional channels, but they are in addition to the national channels, not a replacement. C31 is one of those regional stations.

The following are screenshots of my station listing from my main Kodi with correct logos...

These are screenshots of station listing with logos after using the add-on and logos are marked accordingly...

I have zipped the logos and uploaded here... https://ufile.io/l2cfs Ignore the logos prefixed with a "z" as I was trying different logos. The official Ch 20 logo should be black, but I discovered that it was not visible in the listings due to the black background, so it has been replaced with another official ABC logo, but the one that is used on their physical media. The different colours allow it to be visible in all cases.

Sorry if I have confused you, but if I can clarify further, let me know.

Thanks Smile

The new Australian channel listings look GREAT!!

One logo missing...

Ch 73- 7mate

I also forgot the shopping channels and the racing channel. I have them removed from my system which is why I forgot about them.

Ch 95- Extra
Ch 78- Racing.com
Ch 14- TVSN
Ch 15- Spree

In the yahoo guide link, click "View More" at the end of the guide and the above channels will load.

Thanks for the update Smile

No problem...

If anyone makes the effort to post the channels for their countries, I will always upload them Smile It helps with the out of the box Kodi experience, so I am all for it!

All Australia Freeview Channels should now be uploaded in transparent PNG HD format. I even redrew a few that didn't even exist yet in HD quality Smile

Great.

I just ran the Logo Add-on and all Channel Logos downloaded correctly except one. It's that 7mate channel again. There must be a glitch with it somewhere in the DB. All others were perfect. Thanks Smile

I also note you list the Foxtel channels, being our cable provider. Here is their station listing if interested... https://www.foxtel.com.au/tv-guide/grid

Clicking on the Channel Packs also provides listing of logos... https://www.foxtel.com.au/channel-packs.html

You will note that the Free To Air channels are listed there also, as they have rights to re-broadcast the FTA channels (after winning a legal case many years ago). Foxtel allocates the FTA stations different channel numbers.

Thanks docwra

The 7mate channel is now displaying the correct logo. Smile

It makes me wonder though, what happens if I live in another capital or regional city. It seems that it only works with the city added to the channel name. I see there are no entries for, say, Perth, Darwin, Canberra or regional cities like Mildura, Echuca, Wangaratta. Does that mean users living in those cities will have issues installing logos via the add-on?

Basically yes, it all depends on what the provider names the channels. I can create more but its a never ending game with region naming Smile

The Add-on can guess as well, check the accuracy settings.

- I've updated the UK freeview and Freesat logos including all the Christmas channels

When you update the channel list? Why use size 800x450?

Ok all done, a fair bit of work Smile NOTE: I do not generally delete channels..

http://www.thelogodb.com/browse.php?p=73

The reason to choose 800x450 is best explained in this post:
https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid...pid2018908
I have the option to add 450x450 square at some point in the future and also SVG uploads. This is not yet implemented though.

Hi Zag!

Thanks for the work you've done!
At the moment I'm writing a cross-platform application on QML: IPTV player.
I have not yet come up with the name of the program, but the alpha version of the program already exists.
So could you generate an api kei for me to access TheLogoDB?
Thanks!

Best regards,
Bobrov Evgheni
