Is it easily possible to browse with the webserver through the files stored on the xbox, and by clicking on them downloading to the pc ?

easily, no.
there's a script called ShadowServer which runs an HTTP server from XBMC, which pretty much does what you want to do. look for it on xbmcscripts.com

Got it, using autoexec.py
