for which OS? All platforms but linux already include pvr addons in kodi's install

Sorry it's for xubuntu & an other OS all in 14.04 Lts. The problem is these add-ons aren't installed with synaptic, but I don't know the reason why "pvr-ipt" is not visible anyway in kodi?? normally I open kodi I go to system===>parameter==>extention===>
I looking for pvr iptv and nothing......Pvr iptv is't not here Where I make an error, many thanks for your respons regard
