 ok, maybe on raspberry with kodi 17.3 there is no widget. or i can´t find it.
were can you set this widget on?

This skin is not a mainstream-skin, so the community are only a few people.

BTW: For subtitles thre are the "scopenox-tools" for kodi 16 jarvis. they do not work for krypthon.
