I'm not sure if its a problem for just me or for everyone else, with movies you can scrape all the movies in one session, but with TV shows, I seem to be only able to scrape one tv shows, and if I try to scrape another, Ember crashes, so I've been closing it after scraping an show and reopening it, it works, but is tedious.

Also it misses some episodes which I know are there, is there a manual override for that?

Known bug, will be fixed in next release (i think tomorrow).

Try to run Tools -> Clean Database to remove lost episodes. After that try again to update the DB.
I also habe done some optimisation with db cleanup for next release.

Oh thanks that is good to know, I was so happy to find this manager because for me it works better than some others I have tried.
