Can someone help me to set up TV on bar of homepage with all TV channels. And a TV guide. I am no expert and I need simple directions. I have kodi on an android box. Thanks.

The idea behind IPTV Simple Client is that you already have some streams that you want to use in Kodi. For example, a network tuner, or maybe your ISP is also your TV provider and they have links for you.
Kodi, and the Kodi help forums, are not for finding TV content. You have to do that yourself.
