Can't play XVID/AVI at all. I get 1 frame per 10-30 sec and little or no sound. MKV and MP4 are OK.

The same AVI plays fine if I quit Kodi and use Android player.

I am using MK808 Plus with stock Android 4.4.2 and Kodi 14 Helix with default settings.

Have you tried this on v15? A lot of stuff has been fixed for SMB in v15.

hmm, strange. I'm not sure why that would happen with just SMB and just certain file types or codecs.
