Installed, but get the following on startup:

"Uh oh, can't load sqlite3.dll, exiting."

There is sqlite3.dll in 2 places:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Kodi\system
C:\Program Files (x86)\Kodi\system\python\DLLs
They are different sizes, if that makes a difference.

Also, I am running on a 64 bit OS- Everything in brief log file after crash references 32 bit.

Here is link of the test build I kicked off:
http://mirrors.kodi.tv/test-builds/win32...master.exe

If this does not work either, some Windows dev needs to look at it.

I have localized the issue in our code and will try to fix it. Note that the fix won't be in 16.x

I was able to resolve the chapter audio buzz problem by enabling audio pass thru in the kodi audio settings. Keep in mind, however, that my video and sound from my pc is passed thru my yamaha receiver...so my situation may be different than yours and may not resolve your buzz issue. Hope this helps at least one of you.
