Hello,

I love the Amber skin, but it has a backdraw. It keeps my MySQL server awake when the Raspberry is not in use.
When I use the Confluence skin, the server goes into sleeping state after 15 minutes after I stopped the movie/music etc.
But when I use Amber the server gets requested (and waked up automatically) periodically what hinders the sleeping of the server.
Can I somehow stop these requests ? Is Amber usable for server that might not be awake ? Does it support the remote MySQL solution from Kodi ?

my first guess would be the home shelf widgets.. try turning those off.

Many thanks for this good hint, it was the automatic update of the home shelf, I changed it to "after database update" and now my MySQL can sleep again
