Is it possible to assign a thumbnail to a video SmartPlayList?
I have tried adding thumbnails with jpg and tbn extensions with the same name as the SmartPlayList in the playlists folder, but it does not work.
Any help or ideas?

Thanks for the quick reply, but I have already seen the thread you referred me to.
Unfortunately, there is nothing in the thread that helps me to solve the problem. The one user mentioned that he has managed to get it working, but does not say how.
Obviously, I am doing something wrong with the way I put the thumbnails in the playlist folder.
This is what I have in the playlist folder:
~/.kodi/userdata/playlists/video
Westerns.xsp
Westerns.jpg
Westerns.tbn
It does not display the thumbnails.
BTW, I am using openelec on the RaspberryPi

Super Favourites will give you thumbs and backgrounds for your video play-lists. You can also give thumbs to your favourites should you decide to just make the play-list a favourite.
