Wasn't sure if this would be a Kodi Windows issue or a Skin issue...this is probably more of an FYI than anything. When checking the CPU frequency it only displays the CPUs stock frequency and not actual frequency, refer picture.

I would guess this is not a skin issue. The skin can only display the info fed to it from Kodi.
