That looks at least fine. I think we need a sample of this file, you can create one while using dd if=myfile.mkv of=sample.mkv bs=1M count=100

So let's hope the issue is present in the first 100 MB

The judder isn´t at the same postion, it´s after a few minutes, i uploaded a sample with 200 MB at the end i get this judder.

It´s not only this file, i tried a least 5 different files all with 25hz.
Sometime it played fine for 10min and then i´ll get the judder sometime it´s after a few minutes.

Same files played on a friends beebox 3150 same problem (also your javis build)

At least they are working on the Dune Base 3d ;-), but i sold mine and switched to kodi :-)

Ah - passthrough you said. Need to wait until tomorrow - don't run anything passthrough here ... if you want, please make a longer Debug Log in your old log I only see AE resyncing as video / audio goes out of sync - but it's directly before you press stop - so I don't know exactly.

Edit: Without passthrough everything is fine :-)

Passthrough yes, thats the problem ;-) Without it plays fine for me too.
It was a few second before i stopped, there are also no skipped frames shown in codecinfo.

All fine, no issue with AC3, see the RAW, RAW opening - don't get confused by my Spamming EPG ...
