kodi 2:15.0~git20150722.1043-final-0trusty

Problem:
Whenever I hit '\' to go fullscreen, the Kodi window disappears.
The kodi process is still reported by `pgrep kodi`.

With this in ~/.kodi/userdata/advancedsettings.xml:

Kodi starts in fullscreen mode, but still can't go from windowed mode to fullscreen mode.

Update: once the "MPRIS D-Bus interface" add-on is uninstalled or disabled, the fullscreen toggle works again.
