Hi guys,

I'm having a big problem with my pci-e tv card (Asus My Cinema EHD2100-PT), in Windows Media Center i'm able to watch tv on a Win8.1 x64 computer.
I can see all the chanels available at my cable tv provider (without a box) without any kind of problem, like expected.

When i try other softwares like the NexPVR, the tv tuner is detected, but when i perform the scans i cannot detect any chanel at all.
My Country (Portugal) isn't listed in the Countries, so i've selected All Countries/All Regions.
Nothing appears in the result of the chanel list search.

The Software is detecting two tuners, but i get the same result in both:
ASUS EHD2100PT BDA DVBT Tuner
ASUS EHD2100PT BDA DVBT Tuner#2

Does anyone have an idea on what could be possibly causing this behavior?

You're probably best to ask the question on the NextPVR forums, and post the npvr.log from immediately after a scan attempt.
