So I'm running a MYSQL server on Freenas and very stupidly accidentally changed all permissions for all jails (where I meant to just change permissions for the files themselves) - and now none of my plugins and jails will start. Most of them are a minor inconvenience, but losing my Kodi database is disastrous.

Is there a simple way of copying my database information so that I can rebuild the jail and plug the database files back in? Alternatively, is there a simple way to restore the permissions to a working state?
