Hello,
I don't know if this is a bug in Kodi or OSMC. Please let me know if this is not a Kodi bug.
When I watch a movie and skip forward to the next movie (or backwards or the movie ends and the next one is started automatically) and that next movie is in DVD format (directory with video_ts sub directory), then the movie starts in the background.
If the next movie is in some other format (avi, mkv, ...) the movie starts in the foreground as expected.
I am using OSMC 2015.07-1 Kodi-RC1.
