Hello I'm brand new to this service and also a new to updating the system that is on my television via the amazon fireTV stick. While attempting to follow the online instructions I made a mistake and did not add my email address. I believe this has me stuck in the process of completing the download. Please help reverse my mess so that I may continue to enjoy streaming my movies and TV shows on my television. I'm not very computer savy. Currently my screen looks like its continuously downloading some type of data.
