Hi,
when I enter Movie information and press Play trailer I get Opening stream notification, then Working and then the Fanart background goes dark, I see the name of the trailer in the top bar but no trailer playing anywhere.
What might be the problem?

You should post a link to a debug log (wiki). It's the only way anyone can see what's happening on your system.

Also, just to be sure, you do have the YouTube addon installed and setup right. Unless you have local trailers, I believe it's required.
