I have been searching for hours, finding all kinds of links for people explaining how to with harmony ultimate and almost all are for windows.

I have a harmony ultimate remote.
I have followed these initial steps for setting up the harmony software, and sync'd my remote.

I believe all i have left is mapping the keyboard.xml file. I find it hard to believe that I will be the only one to be looking for someone else who has already done this work.

Anyone know where to find the XML file so I can just do a copy paste?

I can control some basic items like going directly to videos but nothing else works like the directional pad and OK/Back.

Hoping I can just save myself a few hours in manually making a map.. thanks folks!

You could try using the Keymap Editor from the repo. I use a Harmony 700 with a flirc. The keymap editor comes in handy when I need to map additional keys. Good luck.
