Hi, I am using Kodi 15.1 and Emby 1.1.13 plugin and trying to get 3D to work over http on the same network for now. When I use smb, the 3D status of the movie is detected and I can choose between 2D/3D. When I stream over http (or any other protocol that does not include the filename in the path url), even though there is a 3D icon next to the movie, it's not detected as 3D hence I cannot switch between 2D/3D. Now my hunch is that the 3D status is being detected from the filename which in case of http is just gibberish. The 3D icon is still being shown so I suppose there is some field in MyVideos93.db that is identifying the movie as 3D? But why is this field not used to switch between 2D/3D? Am I understanding this correctly? How do I force monoscopic mode for this movie?
