I've searched the forum and I couldn't really find a definitive answer.

Is Kodi (15.1) able to automatically recognize and load external subtitles for blu-ray rips (BDMV and/or ISO)?

If so, what should the location and file name of the subtitle be?

So far, I've only been able to manually load a .srt file during playback by going to the audio menu and browsing for the file.

I would be nice if Kodi was able to load a .srt file automatically.

If I'm not mistaking if it has the same name as the iso or with Blu-ray folder structure the same name as the playlist or stream not sure any more I think that worked.
