Hi,

OTA set up with Next PVR 3.5.7, Kodi 15.1

I've tried a few channels. Most of then works fine. However, channel 5 is causing problems. It works when I switch to it first. However, if I go to a different channel and then come back to it, Kodi will freeze up and eventually I have to terminate the program.

Is there anything special about channel 5?

Does switching to those same channels work fine in NextPVR itself?

I don't have codec installed so Next PVR does not show the video or audio. How can I tell w/o video / audio?

You could also try doing a recording of this channel, check that NextPVR manages to record a file, and that file is playable in VLC or some other player, then try playing the recording in Kodi. If plays find in VLC or NextPVR (with decoders installed), but not in Kodi, then you'll probably have to supply a sample recording to the Kodi guys for them to take a look.

Did you try my other suggestion on post #4. If you've got a sample recording from this channel that doesn't play, then you'll probably need to supply that file to the Kodi guys for them to check it out.
