Hi,

please do not automatically insert the ending of parameter $3 ( 3d-Tag) to the trailers.... Kodi always thinks that the trailer are also in 3D

Hello,
The last release is OK, no mor crashs.
I have got issue with the rernamer. When I rename a file with the builtin function some lettres are missing. For exeple : the tiltle "Hard to be a god" give a file name something like that "Hard toe God".
Can you have a look?

Regards.

Renamer should already be fixed since a few days;
Exception and 3D trailer tag is still under investigation.

Thanks for testing so far - we're making good progress Smile

Hi everyone,

I just tried the lastest nightbuild tmm_2.7-SNAPSHOT_e25d28a_win.zip in an attempt for tinyMediaManager to displayMultimedia details when clickin on the Mediainfo icon. Unlickily, only Resource Blueray will be displayed and other details such as Audio codec, video codec and so on that could be used to rename the folder/file pair. I have tried with an .avi (xvid/aac) and .mkv (avc/dual ac3/4 subtitle streams) and, as already reported, it seems as if either MediaInfo is not reading media file details or these are not being properly tunnelled into tinyMediaManager.

I'll be glad to provide additional testing or details.

Regards!

PS. My Java version is the latest Windows release 8 update 66

PS2. I resorted to this nightly build after trying without success with the latest stable release tmm_2.6.9_2015-07-27_win

there has been a problem with an installed version of FileBot, which adds itself to the system wide $PATH and tmm picks up their media info version which is not compatible.
the actual nightly build has a fix for that - if you experience the same problem on 2.6.9, you can do the following thing:

- create a file called extra.txt inside the tmm folder
- the the following line into extra.txt

Code:
-Djna.nosys=true

and restart tmm

I have followed your suggestion and can confirm it works perfect on 2.6.9! Great! I could try in the latest build but I'm sure it's fixed there already.

By the way, if an .mkv media file has say 2 audio languages (English and Spanish) and 2 subtitles (English and Spanish) is there a way for tMM to read that data with MediaInfo and use the tokens to rename the media file? I have seen the Audio language token but not the Subtitle language one in Settings - Movie - renamer tab ($).

The renamed file should look more or less like...

Movie (2015) ES EN es en.mkv

ES Spanish audio EN English audio
es spanish subtitles en English subtitles

For example, in this case

Image

the file can easily be renamed to Movie (year).eng.mkv

But in this case...

Image

I would like the filename to be renamed to e.g. Movie (year) SPA ENG spaforced spa spa eng.mkv

Thank you for your assistance once more.

I am running 2.6.9 and my TMM crashes 3-4 times before starting up.. It crashes while loading MediaInfo and I thought it was related to this post.. I tried the change you suggested and it didn't work for me.. Here is the crash log.. maybe something else is wrong..

Edit: Tried 2.7 Nightly, throws error about mediainfo. I have libmediainfo installed from fedora repos...

Noticed one thing though. Local episode thumbs were picked by TMM but the tickmark didn't change in the list. Check screenshot
If I scrape episode again, thumb is identified.

mlaggner:

+ added media info editor (some fields from media info are now maintain able)

will this allow to modify and save aspect ratio?

Thanks

Any chance that tmm 2.7 will support movies with multiple discs? That is a file structure like
movies/2001/Disc 1/VIDEO_TS
movies/2001/Disc 2/VIDEO_TS

Hi
I have another question to the trailers. (not download)

TMM always selects the first trailer with 160p for NFO.... Is there a way to select only trailer with 640p or more ?

I can do for each movie on my own, but this lasts very long

@mixpc: you want two things here:
a) the audio streams in UPPER CASE in the renamer
b) all subtitle streams also in the renamer

I am afraid we are not able to do that at the moment. We try to create the renamer as powerful as possible without getting too complicated. I may talk to myron what he thinks about this topic, but at the moment I can say: we could add the (embedded) subtitle infos into the name, but making the audio infos UPPER CASE may not happen.
At the moment we have kinda a code freeze for 2.7 to get it finished..

@akya: mediainfo in linux is tricky Wink there in Manjaro (Arch Linux) the shipped media info does not work too (Ubuntu based build), but the systems media info gets loaded. There is one thing which may happen: if you have installed a 32bit java runtime but your system is 64bit, the systems media info is not compatible with the Java runtime.
I've put the UI glitch to the todo list for the final release

@Edworld: the aspect ratio is calculated by the dimension of the video (width/height). You are able to overwrite the size in the media info editor to get the aspect ratio calculated like you want it to (e.g. you have a not cropped video file with black borders, tmm calculates 16:9 as aspect ratio, but the "visible" ratio is 2.35:1)

@Deriv: AFAIK Kodi does not that support at the moment and with 2.7 we do neither - it is already on our ToDo list, but we've to check how NFO file naming, renamer options, ... would work in this naming scheme (not as easy as you might think Wink )

@dft601: We have a setting for this (preferred trailer quality) which should do exactly what you want. Do you use that or has that stopped working?

Hi this is working I think, but I have only the wrong sources there ?

I selected in top of Film trailer scraper: OFDB and zelluloid.de to get German Trailers

If I look into bottom settings I can choose resolution but the sources are only youtube, apple, aol and hd trailers. I checked youtube and 720p

So I I scrape for example:
Avatar
German: "Avatar - Aufbruch nach Pandora"

I get 26 trailer with above settings.

TMM marks for NFO the trailer with 160p but the best trailer is 640p

160p: source: http://de.clip-1.filmtrailer.com/2845_65...100001-1|-
For 640p there are several files available:
http://de.clip-1.filmtrailer.com/2845_65...100001-1|-
http://de.clip-1.filmtrailer.com/2845_65...100001-1|-
http://de.clip-1.filmtrailer.com/2845_65...100001-1|-

and also a trailer 2 and trailer 3

I do not download... I only want the information in the NFO.

So I did again a test: I deleted a movie (database) and the nfo file.... all "clear". Also used a new movie....

So I scraped again.

I also checked themoviedb.org for search

So my search results are also some Youtube clips also with my selected quality of 720p.

But marked "NFO" ist still the 160p trailer... Now I also tried to download trailer... the 160p tailer is the only one which is downloaded.

Did 2nd test with automatic trailer download.... 160p trailer was downloaded
