Create an autoexec.py file with a text editor (Notepad ++)
This is the command:

import xbmc
xbmc.executebuiltin('RunPlugin(plugin://plugin.video.surveillanceroom?action=all_cameras)')

Copy to the Storage /.Kodi/userdata directory
Restart
