have you changed video quality settings to highest or let me choose and pick option from there?
I suspect there is some other issue, if you have similar settings between both devices then same video should work. There is nothing specific per device, if they both have kodi and addon then it just works. (shot in the dark - is it possible firestick is not on same network(im assuming you're using VPN at router level and I don't think you're in India)
