Hey there, I seemed to have tripped over the forum rules on my previous post for which I apologize for but, I seem to have narrowed it down to a possible skin issue. Since I'm using Confluence I thought I'd try this section first (it happens in two other skins I've tried as well). I've tried searching for a solution but I'm not getting either the right answer (only screensaver questions) or it's so obvious I'm just not getting it. Anyway my whole screen dims when I click something that has a popup window. For example if I go to system/settings/appearance and click on skin to select a new one when the popup windows comes up the display dims including the popup window. While still in Appearance if I select Startup window or GUI sounds or 'edit' for the RSS feeds it happens as well. It also happens in other areas as well.

Anyway any help would be greatly appreciated.
