When I run the ARM Android version of Kodi 15.2 RC3 on the Amazon Fire TV, I'm having problems getting the ServerWMC client to start. I enable PVR, enable and configure the built-in ServerWMC client add-on, but when I go to try and watch TV it says:

"PVR manager is starting up

No PVR clients have been started yet. Wait for the PVR clients to start up. Check the log for more information about this message"

disregard. It was as simple as exiting and restarting Kodi. sorry for the false alarm. You're welcome to delete this thread you'd like.
