Tv Tuner Card for Windows 10 Recommendations?

The subject says it all. Does anyone have a recommendation for a TV Tuner card that is compatible with windows 10. Preferably it would be a dual tuner so you can record one channel and watch another. And..of course.. it needs to work well with kodi.

Any suggestions?
