Hello,
I'm Kodi and Debian testing user, when I was in Ubuntu I downloaded Kodi and the addon for Tvheadend too easy, but I can't found it for Debian

Apologies, I'm not sure I follow the question.

You show xbmc-pvr-tvheadend-hts in the list... are you unable to install this?

Or are you relying on the default Debian PPAs, in which case you'll be getting a Debian (free) version of everything, including Kodi - which may explain the XBMC angle. The official repo (for Ubuntu, granted) is kodi-pvr... :

I know there are specific Debian PPAs out there (check the wiki), but most questions I've seen about Debian seem to end with "use Ubuntu, as Debian, by trying to be free, puts too many restrictions in".

xbmc-pvr-tvheadend-hts don't work with Kodi, and Xbmc didn't work in my Debian Testing...

I'm using the repository for Debian from de Wiki...

There don't appear to be any PVR addons in that PPA:

... plus it doesn't look like it's been updated since ~April this year.

I'm no expert, but you may have to build from source if you want to stick with Debian.

Tobias uploaded kodi-pvr-hts in November and I have uploaded most the remaining PVR packages to unstable in December.

Please use the packages from unstable/testing, my repository was a temporary solution
till kodi/ffmpeg got accepted to Debian.
