I'm sorry but I do not fully understand your text. You're saying watching some HD channels doesn't work, right?

Looking at your log it's full of ffmpeg decoding errors. So either the livetv stream is encoded, not mpeg or something else is broken. The channel is called "Fox Sports 2 HD", so I assume it's encoded.
