I followed the steps to install it on the latest Apple TV and keep getting the "unable to install" message...any ideas?

also: which macOS version do you have and which Xcode version you're using?

What version macos an xcode is needed?

usually any would work. Just that Xcode 15.0.x has issues with uploading ipa to device.

no issues yet i just finshed setup a VMware macOS Monterey with xcode 13.3.1 on my AMD pc.

we'll see of this gonna work.

i tried 14.3.1 and it didnt work 13.3.1 works but i cant see my apple tv in xcode

your Mac and atv must be on the same local network. You can also try adding device via its IP address: the + button in the bottom.

Are you able to login to iCloud and and use your AppleID?  You might need to virtualize OpenCore etc to define a SMBIOS
