Hello,

I have a brand new install of Kodibuntu 15.2 from the Kodibuntu iso. I am trying to install and configure the myth-pvr add-on but all of the text strings on the configuration page are blank. (I tried other PVR add-ons as well and all are missing the text strings.) Looking at the log files I noticed the following message:

"LocalizeStrings: no translation available in currently set gui language, at path /usr/share/kodi/addons/pvr.mythtv/resources/language/English"

However, looking in /usr/share/kodi/addons/pvr.mythtv/resources/language/ The file resource.language.en_us does exist.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Update your kodi. Your running Ver 14

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

Thanks! I had run the updates but missed the fact that the kodi packages were being held back. Running a dist-upgrade fixed everything.
