I reproduced this issue today and looks like I fixed it. One of the scrapers of skinhelper was accidentally pulling in a fanart image and the skin was using that image instead of the correct one.
Should be fixed in next beta update of the skin.
Just got updated scripts (inc. Helper Service 1.0.130) and does indeed seem to have sorted the issues I was seeing. Thanks!
