I didn't find something which can be related to the skin (I think)
How can I refresh this background list?

Do you have both movies and tvshows scraped to your library ? If so, the global fanart option MUST show up.
If not, there must be some kind of error in your log.

You can't manually refresh it, that happens in the background

Yes I have, but it still wasn't there.

After all the last updates, I checked again and it's the same, in the Global Background I have only these:
- Use Default skin background
- Random movies background
- Recent movies background
- Unwatched movies background
- Random Tv Shows background
- In progress Tv Shows background
- Recent episodes background
- Top Rated Movies (extendedinfo)
- Top Rated tvshows (extendedinfo)
... and list of jpg images

Where is the "Random Movies & Tv Shows" which was before?
