Hi everyonei'm updating my htpc hardware and i want to buy all fanless, so i was seaching and i find this mother GA-J1800M-D3P. . I will add 4gb and a dedicate nvidia card that i all ready have plus a ssd. So i want to know if anyone have an opinion about the mother or if anyone is using one, i have my concenrs about using the spdif exit and linux. So again if someone have something to add i will apreciate.

No! It's an old Baytrail - buy a Braswell instead.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

It sounds like you are looking to DIY. I have been using the ASRock N3700-ITX for builds and like it quite a bit.
