Texture Cache Maintenance Utility: Preload your texture cache for optimal UI performance. Remotely manage media libraries. Purge unused artwork to free up space. Find missing media. Configurable QA check to highlight metadata issues. Aid in diagnosis of library and cache related problems.
@popcornmix: HEVC samples (with/without subtitles) are badly pixelated in build #0112, eg. Friends.h265.Sample.mkv. I also experienced a deadlock issue when starting playback of Friends (with subtitles). No pixelation in #0111.

Confirming, same here.

Yatse is still working fine for me with #0112, thank you.
Got this crash while watching a PVR recording (start at beginning while still recording)

*edit*
Wrong log, that one was playing hevc stuff, I will grab the next log and post it when it happens again (it happens a lot).
This build is worse than previous for seeking.
Almost each time I want to navigate in the movie, the cursor restarts from the beginning ....

If it's reproducible could you enable debug when capturing the crash, as it might include something useful.

Sure can, it's random but it's been happening a lot.
Kore still not working in 112.

Did you change the webserver port in either OpenELEC or Kore? The default webserver port is now 8080 so you may have to change Kore to use port 8080, or alternatively change OpenELEC to use port 80 (assuming Kore is using port 80). If that doesn't work then you'll probably have to contact the Kore developers for appropriate fault finding advice.

I was not able to follow this topic for a time. Do I see it right, that there is HEVC (h265) support for Pi2? If yes, what frame rates and 8 and 10 bit too? Thanks!

No hardware support, but software hevc has always been possible. However on official builds the performance is SD only (maybe very low bitrate 720p with overclock).
These builds add some GPU acceleration to parts of the codec. That tends to make most 720p content playable.

This is 8-bit only. No support for 10-bit. And don't try last night's build for hevc - stick with the one from the day before.
Thanks, I will look at it. It sounds good (not that I need h265 at the moment). Great work!

I have have just purchased an Intel Skylake setup with HD530 graphics. On this i have installed Millhouses latest linux build:

Thanks that is useful to know. Means the issue is not in Pi specific code but in common code which narrows it down a bit.

Can I do anything to help narrow this issue down?

Did you try last night's build? There was a videoplayer commit that could have helped.
