I reinstalled kore on my phone and it works ok. Must have been a configuration problem.

Did you try last night's build? There was a videoplayer commit that could have helped.

Specifically this one: https://github.com/popcornmix/xbmc/commi...00a8102234

No I did not. I will try that in a litte bit. Would that commit be in both millhouses RPI and Linux build

Yes, it's in both.

Please test any h.265 (hevc) files with this build. Arm cpu should be a little lower.
If there are any regressions then report them here.

Silky smooth playback. No problem at all.

Great works, Thanks.
I have problems with forward/reverse skipping with this version.
I don't have this issue before.
When I play mkv, and forward skip example 1min. Then skip 1 min, but the counter count from 0:0:0, when I skip again 1 min, then skip from start again.
Reverse skip go to start

Latest good working version 0111
0112 already bad
Addon shortcuts under programs disappear after reboot. all others are ok.
Dont know if this only happens under 17, didnt have them under programs since now
I always used this h265 .mkv for testing purposes but never managed to run it smoothly on my pi2. It's probably too heavy?

Exactly the same problem as yours.

Is omxplayer enabled? Do you get it with omxplayer disabled?
(2016-01-13, 22:40)mylle Wrote: No difference Sad

Could you produce a debug log (wiki) with "video" component specific debugging enabled with latest build.

Omxplayer is enabled.
When disabled omxplayer, then good
Me too.
But, when only MMAL is activated, playback after seeking is very slow (something like 5 FPS, as if I had no acceleration at all),
whereas if I play the MKV from the beginning, eveything is good.
Am I the only one to have this problem ?
