Working on current newclock5 tree (but I see problem with #0118). Possibly been fixed with a fernet update. Check with tonight's build.

With MMAL enabled. When you go to the tv section. Chose a channnel and start it. its starts fine but after 2-3 seconds it starts buffering for 6-10 seconds and then its fine again until you change the channel. then its the same story all over again.
This does not happen with OMX
Thanks you for your help with this!

I see the issue now. A fix requires an API change for PVR so that addons not having a demuxer can flag a stream as realtime. I will take care for the API change. Addon devs need to implement that for their addons.

I've added a fix for this. Check tonight's build.

Any luck getting the debug-enabled crashlog? PR8807 will be back on Friday now that the volume up/down issue is resolved.
